Wendy Venoit
Wendy Venoit is the managing partner of Cozen O’Connor in Boston. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and Spanish from the College of the Holy Cross and a JD from Pace University Law School, where she was valedictorian of her class. She has been a construction lawyer and arbitration advocate for over 25 years, including service as lead trial/arbitration counsel in several domestic and international arbitrations and lawsuits involving complex construction projects in a wide range of industry sectors. Prior to joining Cozen O’Connor, she served as vice president and general counsel for Suffolk Construction Company, Inc. She is a council member and construction panelist for the American Arbitration Association. She also is a past chair of the ABA Forum on Construction Law and is on the Board of Governors of the American College of Construction Lawyers. Among her many honors, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly honored her as Massachusetts Lawyer of the Year in 2021. She serves on the Girl Scouts of America National Board Development Committee and is a board member of Women in Construction.
