Goodrich

T. Michael (Mike) Goodrich is president of Timberline Management Co., Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tulane University and a JD law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law. He also served as a captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Mike began his career at BE&K in Birmingham, AL, in 1972 as legal counsel. In 1995, he was named president and in 2003, chairman. He is a director of Energen Corporation, Synovus Financial Corporation, and AGI Shorewood Group, and a Trustee of the Eisenhower Fellowships.

Among his many honors, he received the Excellence in Construction Cornerstone Award by the Associated Builders and Contractors in 2002 and the NOVA award from the Construction Innovation Forum in 2003. He was inducted into the Alabama Engineering Hall of Fame in 2004 and the Alabama Business Hall of Fame in 2012.

He and his wife, Gillian, have four children and nine grandchildren.
