Timothy C. McManus
Tim McManus is the Managing Director at his firm, TCMcManus Consulting LLC. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College and added graduate studies in business administration at Seton Hall University. Tim is a global expert regarding the development and delivery of major capital projects and programs and is an advisor to companies and governments involved with the planning, development, and delivery of major infrastructure, transportation, urban development, resiliency, and sports facilities capital projects and programs.
He has been a vice president at McKinsey & Company. Prior to McKinsey, he was the senior vice president and director of global program management for AECOM and was involved with major projects and programs such as Crossrail in London, the Jeddah Transportation Program, the London Olympics, the National Infrastructure Program for Libya, and Hurricane Sandy Recovery. He was appointed to the faculty of Columbia University’s School of Engineering as an adjunct associate professor. Tim is also an advisory board member for Tough Leaf, an emerging tech startup focusing on advancing the connection of minority, women, disadvantaged, and veteran owned businesses to the wider construction industry. He also serves on the Americas Board of Directors for Turner & Townsend and the Critical Infrastructure Strategic Advisory Board for Parsons Corp.
