Thomas J. O'Neill
Thomas J. O’Neill is retired chairman, CEO, and president of Parson Brinckerhoff, Inc. He earned an AB in engineering science from Dartmouth College and a bachelor of engineering in civil engineering. He is a Registered Engineer in six states.
He has been active in many professional organizations, including The Moles, the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), CIRT, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Design Professional Coalition, the New York Building Congress, and has served on the Thayer School of Engineering Board of Overseers at Dartmouth College. Tom has received numerous awards and special recognition, including the Marco Polo Award from the Chinese government and the March of Dimes Construction Industry Service to Humanity Award.
Tom and Sandy live in the NYC area.
