Steele

Sue Steele is CEO and founder of Steele & Partners. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Miami. At Steele & Partners, she is focused on executive coaching and cultural transformation. Widely experienced in the design and engineering industry, Sue previously served as CEO of JMJ Associates, a world class safety and human performance consultancy, senior vice president for global supply chain management for Jacobs, and vice president of business development for manufacturing and life sciences for CH2M HILL. While with CH2M, she was program director for the Masdar City development in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Sue also was active in the Construction Industry Institute, serving on the CII executive committee and chairing the research committee and the CII Annual Conference. CII honored her with the Distinguished Service Award. She also was recognized by Arizona State University with its Outstanding Women in Construction Award. The National Association of Women in Construction honored her with the Crystal Achievement Award. She currently is an independent director on the boards of Hill International and Wood PLC.
