Scott L. Cassels
Scott L. Cassels is Executive Vice President of Kiewit Corporation. He earned bachelor's degrees in construction management and business from Washington State University. He also has studied at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management Executive Development Program.
He joined Kiewit in 1976 and has served as foreman, engineer, project manager, project sponsor, and area manager. He has executive leadership responsibility for Kiewit's Infrastructure Group, the company's largest business unit, which includes multi-billion dollar projects in the transportation, heavy civil, and water/wastewater sectors. He and his group are responsible for some of North America's largest infrastructure projects, including the DFW Connector project; the Port Mann/Gateway project in Vancouver, Canada; and the Hebron gravity-based, oil-gas structure off the coast of Newfoundland.
Scott has served on the AKSARBEN Foundation Board of Governors, the board of directors of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association, and the Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture Executive Leadership Board at Washington State University. He is also active in the U.S. Chamber's Let's Rebuild America committee.
