Russell L. Fuhrman
Russell L. (Russ) Fuhrman joined Parsons Brinckerhoff in 2001 and served as executive project manager for the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Replacement project in Washington, D.C. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a master’s in CRE from Penn State University.
He completed a 32-year career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with the rank of major general and as deputy commander. Russell is active in many professional organizations and was U.S. Chair for the International Board of Water Control with Canada. He has received a number of awards.
He and his wife, Marge, have moved 17 times in their 34 years of marriage while raising their family of two boys and two girls. Russell enjoys fishing, golf, hunting, and fine wines.
