Schrader

Rich Schrader is president of RASchrader Consulting LLC. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and an MBA from Long Island University. After graduating from West Point, he served with engineer construction units in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He also taught economics and international relations at West Point. After retiring from the military, he spent 28 years at Parsons Brinckerhoff, ultimately serving as chairman. He recently was chair of American Bridge Holding Co. from 2018-2020. Now as a consultant, he focuses on strategic options and litigation support. Rich previously served on the boards of Bridges to Prosperity and the Ethics and Compliance Initiative. He recently joined the board of Overlook Hospital Foundation and is a member of the hospital’s Bioethics Committee. He was named a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers, and in 2014 received ASCE’s Professional Practice Ethics and Leadership Award.
