Fedrick

Ronald M. (Ron) Fedrick is the past chairman and CEO of Nova Group, Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Arizona State University. He founded Nova in 1976.

Ron is a past president of the Beavers and is chairman of the Beavers Charitable Trust. He was a member of the formation committee of NCCER, and served as its first chairman. Among his many association activities, he serves on the Liberty Mutual Insurance Advisory Board, the California Blue Ribbon Committee on Apprenticeship, the California Public Works Advisory Committee, as well as serves in programs for children at risk.

He is a recipient of the Associated Builders and Contractors Ted Kennedy Contractor of the Year Award and ABC’s USA Distinguished Public Service Achievement Award. He also is a recipient of Arizona State’s Engineering Distinguished Alumni Award, the SBA Dwight D. Eisenhower Award for Excellence, and is the first recipient of the John Lamberson Memorial Low Bidder Award for his lifelong commitment and success in the construction industry.

Ron, a golfer and flying enthusiast, is married to Kristy, and they have seven children and 18 grandchildren.
