Non-Executive Director: Cardno Limited (ASX) (2016 – Present): First year of turnaround of $ 1 billion revenue company completed with three non-strategic subsidiaries sold; two market based capital raisings; replacement of CEO and several other senior managers; debt restructuring and achievement on net zero debt position; write-off of $250 million of goodwill.

Independent Member: Mott MacDonald Shareholders Committee (8/16 - Present): $2 billion revenue privately owned firm with newly created shareholder’s committee providing oversight and challenge to executive committee.

Millenium Challenge Corporation (MMC) – Advisory Committee (8/16 – Present)

Fluor (2004 - 2015) Senior Vice President: Various strategy, marketing and project executive roles globally. Focus on the development and delivery of large, complex projects worldwide across all of the firm’s business lines. Strategic management consulting at C-suite level on multiple underperforming $1 billion+ programs in the industrial and infrastructure sectors. Recipient of Tappan Award (Sales) – 2010; Fluor Author of the Year – 2005.

Parsons Brinckerhoff (1983 – 2003) Chairman: Various strategy, corporate development, general management and project executive roles globally including Chairman of the Board (1997 – 2003). Achieved 17.2 % CAGR in revenues during 20 year responsibility for growth and diversification.
