Randy L. Larson
Randy Larson is president and CEO of R Larson Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida. His career began with a 10-year stint in heavy/civil work. He joined PBS&J in 1987, first serving as a division manager and quickly rising to the executive level and expanding the firm’s construction manager services. By 2007, Randy had led the company to a national CM practice. As president and chairman of the construction company from 2007-2011, he expanded the firm with a new construction-manager-at-risk division. He additionally led the Infrastructure, Water and Environment Company, along with international operations in the Caribbean and Middle East. Following Atkins’ acquisition of PBS&J, Randy joined Professional Service Industries (PSI) as president, charged with growth and succession strategies. His efforts there resulted in his selection as an ENR Top 25 Newsmaker in 2013. He is a Fellow and past chairman of CMAA and a Fellow of ASCE. Randy served as chairman of the Tampa Sports Authority responsible for the successful NFL Super Bowl in 2021.
