Richard Cellon
Richard Cellon is a retired U.S. Navy Admiral. He holds master’s degrees from the University of Florida in civil engineering and from the Naval War College. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania.
His final duty assignment was as Commander, First Naval Construction Division, where he had global responsibility for 16,000 Seabees. Other flag assignments included Naval Facilities Engineering Command, both Atlantic and Pacific Divisions. Earlier in his Navy career, he served as commander at Camp David. After leaving active duty, he was employed by the Willbros Group, specializing in energy infrastructure in Houston, TX. He subsequently joined Sustainable Biofuels Solutions, headquartered in Hamilton, VA.
He is concurrently the president of Cellon and Associates, Inc., where he consults for multiple clients on a wide variety of business leadership and management issues. He serves on the Board of Directors for Authentix, Inc., a leading global authentication firm dedicated to securing the integrity of products and supply chains, headquartered in Addison, TX. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Wood Programs, Inc., a design, construction, facilities services, and environmental mitigation firm based in Raleigh, NC.
