Paul W. Foster
Paul Foster is president/CEO of Foster CM Group, Inc., in San Antonio, TX. He earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Texas Tech University.
Paul is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s offices in Texas, Florida, Arizona, Denver, and the Pacific Northwest. A native of San Antonio, Paul previously served as a QA field manager for a Top 100 project management firm based in Philadelphia, PA. There he was responsible for the daily coordination of the project team; preparing bid packages, change management, QA inspections (vertical/horizontal), document controls, architect/engineer (A/E) and contractor coordination, and client relations.
Earlier in his career, he worked for an award-winning architectural and planning firm and was responsible for planning, constructability analysis, design development, construction documents, and contract administration on numerous additions and renovations to educational and commercial projects.
In 2020, he was inducted into the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) College of Fellows. He has served as a board member of the Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation, a board member and advisor to the Texas Tech Alumni Association, and as a member of the CMAA National Board of Directors.
