Pat A. Di Filippo
Pat Di Filippo is executive vice president of Turner Construction Company. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a specialization in construction engineering and structures from Rutgers University. He provides strategic, operational, and institutional leadership and is responsible for Turner’s construction operations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and the New England states. He also is responsible for the firm’s partial ownership of E. E. Cruz, a NYC-based heavy construction company. He has been associated with many notable projects, including Hearst Tower, Yankee Stadium, the World Trade Center reconstruction, Madison Square Garden Transformation, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Lincoln Center, Jacob K. Javits Convention Center Expansion, and LaGuardia and JFK airport expansions.
He is active in the Contractors Association of Greater New York and the Building Trades Employers Association, and chairs the Non-Traditional Employment for Woman (NEW), a leading NYC work force development organization for women in the trades. He also serves on the board of the NYC Construction Industry Safety Council and on the Rutgers College of Engineering Industry Advisory Board.
