Palmina Whelan is principal of Palmina Whelan Strategic Solutions, which delivers aviation and infrastructure programs with a focus on master planning, site development, and strategic advisory. She previously was managing director at American Airlines and the strategic lead for airport master planning and development for the Northeast, Dallas, and Central Regions of the U.S and Canada.
