Mike Rigsby
Mike Rigsby is a senior vice president and principal project manager with WSP. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a master’s degree in operations research from Georgia Tech, and a master’s degree in international relations from Salve Regina College, Newport, RI. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Naval Command & Staff College and the U.S. Army War College. Following graduation from West Point, he had a distinguished 25-year career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, including service as the District Engineer for Seattle. He retired from the U.S. Army in 2000. He then joined Parsons Brinckerhoff (later acquired by WSP) and has served in leadership roles in a variety of key domestic and international projects and programs, including the Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement Program in Seattle, the Local Roads and Drainage Program in Doha, Qatar, and the Puget Sound Gateway Program in King and Pierce County, Washington.
