Guy

Maria Guy is a senior partner with GIANT Worldwide. She holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from the University of New Mexico and a master’s in civil engineering from CU-Boulder. At GIANT, she performs key executive functions related to overall corporate administration and management while providing leadership and strategic direction for the company. Her firm is dedicated to equipping individuals and organizations with leadership skills.

Prior to joining GIANT, she spent 20 years as a corporate executive in the construction industry. She is a past board member of both the University of New Mexico Civil Engineering Department and AGC-New Mexico. She is a Myers-Briggs Foundation certified practitioner and a graduate of the Facilitators Studio. AGC-NM recognized her with its Skill, Integrity, and Responsibility (SIR) Award for being instrumental in groundbreaking achievements in the engineering and construction industry. She also is AGC-NM’s first and only female president. Albuquerque Business First recognized her as a “Woman of Influence.”

Maria is married to Quentin, her college sweetheart. They have two adult children, Xavy and Livy.
