Kevin J. Hilton
Kevin Hilton is CEO of IMPACT, the Ironworker Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust, headquartered in Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin. He previously served as senior vice president at The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) and the National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee (NMAPC). In his 12 years with TAUC/NMAPC, he dealt directly with all major stakeholders in the industry. He also managed the development of complex databases, websites, and media outreach strategies in that role.
He is a member of the CII Board of Advisors, the National Building Museum Board of Directors, the ACE Mentor Program, and the National Alliance for Fair Contracting. He is a past board member of the Association of Union Constructors. He has either contributed to or been cited in numerous trade publications, including ENR, The Voice (a Construction Users Round Table publication), BIC (Building Industry Alliance), Crane magazine, The Construction User, and Crane Hotline, among others.
