Ken Aldridge
Ken Aldridge is chairman of Aldridge Electric, an electrical and heavy civil construction company with annual revenues of $450 million. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
He has been with the company since 1973, when it had 35 employees and revenues of $5 million. Aldridge Electric currently employs 1,000 people working in more than 20 states. Ken sits on the board of directors of the Beavers, is a former vice chair of the American Road & Transportation Association, a former chair of the Illinois Road & Transportation Builders Association, and is active in the Construction Industry Round Table (CIRT) and the Construction Industry Ethics and Compliance Initiative. He introduced an incident and injury free (IIF) culture into Aldridge and shares best safety practices with the industry.
