John E. Nobles
John E. Nobles is a charter member of the National Academy of Construction. John is retired president of Burns & McDonnell’s process industrial group. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Georgia Tech. John is a past chair of the Construction Industry Institute chair and is the recipient of both the Construction Industry Institute (CII) Outstanding Service Award and the CII Richard L. Tucker Leadership and Service Award.
John is a visionary leader. He is a member of the executive board of directors of the AIChE Engineering and Construction Contracting (ECC) Association, the Georgia Tech School of Chemical Engineering Advisory Board, and the Kansas City Ballet Board of Directors. He is a Georgia Tech Distinguished Alumni, and is a member of the Campaign Advisory Council for the Center for America, a nonprofit organization promoting free enterprise.
John and Linda live in Leawood, KS.
