James Starace

Jim Starace is Vice President/Project Director in HNTB's New Jersey Office. He is also the retired chief engineer and the director of engineering for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the State University of New York Maritime College and a Master of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.
