Jacqueline C. Hinman
Jacqueline C. (Jacque) Hinman is the former chairman and CEO, CH2M. She led the company from 2013 until it was bought by Jacobs Engineering at the close of 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
Jacque brought more than 30 years of experience to her role at CH2M, a recognized global leader in engineering, construction, procurement, program management, and operations for the energy, water, environmental, transportation, and facilities markets. Her previous positions with CH2M and as an independent consultant gave her extensive international and giga-project experience. Past projects under her watch included the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games Program design and construction; the Panama Canal Expansion management and contractor oversight; and the Qatar 2022 World Cup Program management and project controls.
She is a Penn State Distinguished Alumnus. She also is a board member of International Paper. She has received the WorldDenver Women Leading Change Award, the Colorado Chamber of Commerce 25 Most Powerful Women Award, and the University of Denver International Bridge Builders Award for connecting Colorado globally through engineering and construction achievements. In 2017, she was invited by the Penn State Student Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) to be the guest lecturer at the Fifth Annual Distinguished Civil & Environmental Engineering Alumni Lecture at Penn State College of Engineering.
Jacque is married to George, and they have two grown children. She loves outdoor activities and animals.
