Howard G. Goldberg
Howard Goldberg is a principal at Goldberg & Banks, P.C., in Pikesville, MD. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Maryland College and earned his law degree at the University of Maryland School of Law. He is a member of the American College of Construction Lawyers and an honorary member of the American Institute of Architecture. He is widely respected for his advancement of the construction industry through his private practice and his leadership in developing AIA contract documents that are now standards for construction projects across the U.S. Howard has written many articles on legal matters regarding construction, including contracts, guidelines for architects, engineers, and contractors, liability, construction certifications, and many other pertinent construction, engineering, and litigation topics. Howard is a certified arbitrator and mediator, recognized by the American Arbitration Association. He is widely sought as a speaker and has presented at many AIA, American Bar Association, and Forum on Construction gatherings across the U.S.
