Gretchen Gagel
Gretchen Gagel is president of Greatness Consulting, Inc., in Englewood, CO and Melbourne, Australia. She earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University, an MBA from the University of Denver, a master’s in nonprofit management from Regis University, and a PhD in 0rganizational performance, learning, and change from Colorado State University. Gretchen provides strategic direction in both the US and Australia in growth, agility, leader development, lean construction practices, and marketing. Previously she was president and chief operating officer for Continuum Advisory Group. From 1994-2004, Gretchen was director of FMI Corporation in Denver where she initiated the Owner Services Group and generated significant sales revenue while leading two FMI business units. She has lectured in the U.S. and Australia and is a strong advocate for women. Gretchen is chair-elect for Brinkman Construction in Colorado, past-chair of Bridges to Prosperity, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
