Gerald H. Greene
Gerald H. (Gerry) Greene is a charter member of the National Academy of Construction. Gerry retired from a long and productive executive and management career with Procter & Gamble, but pursued a late-blooming career in law, graduating from the University of Dayton Law School.
He was elected to serve as the chairman of the Construction Industry Institute (CII) in 1998. That year, he managed and directed the search for a new CII director when its original director, Richard Tucker, retired. In other initiatives during his term as CII chairman, he created the focus for the “value added” benefits of being a CII member; established CII’s concept of Implementation Champions; introduced a three-year budget plan for CII; and organized CII globalization forums on China and Brazil. Gerry is the recipient of the Richard L. Tucker Leadership and Service Award from CII.
He is married to Kat Greene and they make their home in Cincinnati.
