George F. Eichleay
George F. Eichleay is a charter member of the National Academy of Construction. George received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Princeton University and is a Registered Civil Engineer in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
George now serves as the chairman of the Eichleay Board of Directors. He is responsible for the establishment of Eichleay’s multi-discipline engineering capabilities and entrance into the arena of large-scale integrated project delivery.
His commitment to the industry is evidenced by his active participation in professional organizations such as the Construction Industry Institute (CII) and the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI). Throughout his career, he has also been civic-minded, as exemplified by his involvement in organizations such as the Carnegie Museum of Pittsburgh, Allegheny General Hospital, the Boy Scouts of America, as well as many other charitable and philanthropic causes.
