Doy F. Cole
Doy F. Cole is a charter member of the National Academy of Construction. He earned a bachelor's and master’s degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Tulsa. He also is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program, London Business School.
Doy was an active participant in The Business Roundtable Construction Committee and its Construction Industry Cost Effectiveness (CICE) study. He was a CICE team leader from 1980-82, and saw the Roundtable’s study lead to the formation of the Construction Industry Institute (CII).
He later served as CEO of Dresser Kellogg Energy Services and led Kellogg in its implementation and participation in CII leadership for over 10 years. He served as CII Annual Conference chair in 1992 and CII chairman in 1995. He also was instrumental in the formulation of the CII Strategic Plan in 1997.
Doy is married to Suzanne and the couple lives in New Braunfels, TX.
