Charles L. Greco
Chuck Greco is chairman of Linbeck in San Antonio, TX. He holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction from Texas A&M University. His career at Linbeck spans 39 years, and he began as a field engineer.
At Linbeck, he uses best practices and lessons learned in promoting collaboration, innovation, and safety within the company. Under his leadership, the company developed an industry leading safety program known as Behavior Based Safety, which is used as an industry model. He is passionate about innovation, lean construction, supply chain integration, and building information modeling. Applying these innovative approaches to Linbeck projects has helped differentiate the company from traditional construction management firms.
He has contributed greatly to the Associated General Contractors (AGC), serving as president in 2015 as well as leading many AGC committees. He is a past board member of the Lean Construction Institute. Texas A&M University recognized him as a distinguished alumnus of the College of Architecture, and he has served on the Dean’s Advisory Council Executive Committee at A&M as well. Chuck is a regional director for the Texas Wildlife Association.
