Bacon III

Charles A. (Charlie) Bacon III is retired president and CEO of Limbach Holdings, LLC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Utica College and completed studies in the Advanced Management Program at Oxford University, England. At Limbach, he is responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of the business. Prior to joining Limbach in 2004, he worked for 21 years with Bovis Lend Lease, working his way from assistant superintendent to CEO of the Bovis North and South America operations.

He is a founding member of the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) Forum, a group of industry CEOs dedicated to eliminating injuries in the construction industry and sharing best practices regarding safety. Charlie sits on the executive committee of the ACE Mentor National Board. He also is a member of the board of directors of the Construction Industry Round Table. In 2017, ENR recognized him as one of its Top 25 Newsmakers for his commitment to eliminating injuries, development of the Limbach safety culture, and his integrity in assisting other firms in improving their programs.

Charlie and Cindi have been married for 34 years, have three daughters and a son, and enjoy golf, boating, skiing, and gardening.
