Christine Flaherty
Christine Flaherty is senior vice president, real estate development and facilities management, for Catholic Health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
Prior to Catholic Health, she was senior vice president at NYC Health + Hospitals, where she lead all real estate, planning, design, construction, and facilities operations for the largest public health system in the country. She recently led emergency system-wide improvements and expansions to address COVID-19, including emergency projects. She is also responsible for a staff of over 60 professionals and 650 union trade professionals system-wide. She previously was associate commissioner for the NYC Department of Design & Construction Capital Delivery Program. She has an excellent track record in innovative and accelerated emergency and urgent programs in both public and private sectors. Christine is an ACE board member in the NY Chapter. She is a Certified Construction Manager and served as chapter president of the CMAA NY/NJ Metro Chapter.
