Blake V. Peck
Blake V. Peck is president and CEO of MBP, Inc. He holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a master’s in civil engineering from Georgia Tech. He has over 40 years of experience in CPM scheduling, construction management, and contract administration. He is co-founder of MBP, which is perennially listed as an ENR Top 40 company in program and construction management.
MBP specializes in both building and heavy civil projects. Clients include federal agencies, state departments of transportation, universities, and many other public and private owners. Notable projects include the Norfolk Midtown Tunnel, the Walter Reed Hospital Expansion, the National Geospatial Agency New Campus East, and the Cannon House Office Building in Washington, D.C.
He is a former resident engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and a Fellow of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). He has been honored as a Distinguished Alumnus of Georgia Tech and comes from a long line of Georgia Tech alumni: his mother was an engineer and her father was president of Georgia Tech.
Blake and Mary have three grown children, and he enjoys playing golf and following college football.
