Gilfillan

Bill Gilfillan is executive vice president of the Dutra Group and is in charge of the planning, direction, and coordination of marketing services of the organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Sacramento State University. He was formerly president and COO of Morrison Knudsen and held the same positions in Fluor Construction International.

He is an active member in The Moles, the Beavers, the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), the World Environmental Development Association, and the San Francisco Bay Planning Commission. He was awarded the Outstanding Civilian Service Medal from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Bill and Mona have three children and five grandchildren. Bill enjoys reading and boating, both on the West Coast and the East Coast of the U.S.
